Meal Plan: October 16-31


Vegetarian:  Greek quiche (3), Welsh rarebit,   cheesy lasagna;  Vegetarian bean tacos; bleu cheese strata

Low Meat:  Italian stromboli (2); hot chicken salad

Meat:  roast beef sandwiches (2); ham loaf; ham and cheese sandwiches; southern bbq
