2020 Frugal Things in November

 1.  After Halloween I bought a LARGE pumpkin to roast and process for pie, bread, etc.  I processed the equivalent of six cans for $1.

2.  I made two batches of salsa verde with green tomatoes I was given.

3.  I made two batches of tomato sauce with some of the tomatoes that ripened.

4.  I made mincemeat with green tomatoes and apples I was given.

5.  We took advantage of Veteran's Day specials at local restaurants.  Free food!

6.  I am back to making bread, bagels and English muffins as I try to stay out of stores.
