2022 Frugal Things in October

 1.  I now have $10 in free food at Giant Eagle after both Mike and I got our flue shots.

2.  I'm back to consistently using tvp to help stretch meat in recipes.

3.  I'm searching for more low meat and no meat recipes to cook.

4.  I gratefully accepted a dozen eggs from a friend who raises chickens.

5.  We have another $15 in free food because we had a prescription filled at Giant Eagle.

6.  I gratefully received some yarn from a member of my free group.

7.  We needed to have a dying tree removed.  By using a coupon and with the senior discount, we saved $150.
