Menu Plan: May 12-31

Low Meat:  nachos, taco pizza, ribs; polenta with spaghetti sauce; Philly cheese steak pizza (2); seafood risotto (2), beef enchiladas (2); garlic chicken salad; kabobs(2)
Total:  13


Vegetarian:  cheesy lasagna; homemade veggie burgers (2)
Total:  3

Regular Meat:  chicken; pot roast; savory rhubarb glazed chicken, roast beef sandwiches
Total:  4

Need to work on more vegetarian.  But not too bad and no complaints from Mike.  Even the veggie burgers went down o.k.
