Frugal Things in August

 1.  I was gifted some zucchini and decided to make relish with it, the first I have made in many years.  I shredded some for the freezer and made sweet pickles with the rest.

2.  Gifted some cucumbers.  Made dill and candied dill pickles with them.

3.  Gifted 104 skeins of yarn by a friend and her sister to use for my charity crocheting.

4. Three Huge zucchini were given to us.  I made candy dilled chunks with some, planks for lasagna with some, and shredded the rest.

5.  A friend was gifted a lot of corn.  She shared with us.  We have been enjoying it for several days.
