Quick Cinnamon Rolls (Perfect for Weekends)
2 1/4 c flour
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp salt
1 Tbs yeast
Mix well
1/2cup warm water
1/4 cup warm milk
2 Tbs melted butter
1 beaten egg
Add to dry ingredients and mix with a stand mixer for 4 minutes or so then let rest for 5 minutes
Roll the dough out, spread with softened butter, At least 1/4 cup, sprinkle with sugar, white or brown, about 1/4 cup, then with 2 Tbs cinnamon and 1 tsp nutmeg.
Roll up and cut into nine slices.
Place into a greased 9x13 pan.
Place in a warm oven and let rise for about 15 minutes.
Leaving the rolls in the oven, turn oven to 375. Once at temp bake for twenty minutes.
Make a glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar, 3 Tbs milk and 1 tsp vanilla. Drizzle over cooked rolls.

My Grandma used to make these. Super comfort food.
Pie crust dough. Make your own or buy the pre made stuff in the dairy case.
Spread with butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, sugar and nutmeg.
Roll and cut into slices. Place in greased pie pan. Bake at 425 until golden brown.
