2020 Meal Plan: October 1-15

 Vegetarian:  curried potatoes; white beans chili; corn chowder; Asian peanut noodles and vegetables (2) ; bean tikka masala; bean burrito; pasta with red sauce


low Meat:  hotdogs and sauerkraut;  cheeseburger pizza; tuna salad; creamed salmon and veg over rice; pepperoni pizza


Meat: submarine sandwiches; bleu cheese hamburgers


Vegetarian:  8

Low Meat:  5

Meat:  2

I like this balance.
