What We Ate: leftovers and fruit salad; pierogi casserole, applesauce, peas; Pasta; hummus, falafel, baba ganoush, homemade flat bread, tzatziki; sloppy Joe and crispy potato skins; macaroni and cheese, salad, zucchini pancakes; chicken and rice, marmalade squash, Italian bread, salad; leftover smorgasbord; French bean stew with Italian bread, salad; chicken and rice, broccoli, applesauce; shrimp scampi with pasta and salad; taco pizza; savory bread pudding with cheese and tomato ; Reuben casserole, beet and bean salad; corned beef and cabbage soup with egg salad sandwich
