2020 Meal Plan: March 16-31


Vegetarian:  potato pancakes; assorted appetizers; kale and feta quiche; Asian peanut noodles

Low Meat:  chili spaghetti; tuna macaroni salad; shrimp Alfredo with pasta (2);  salad with chicken and cheese

Meat:  corned beef sandwiches;  pork chops; honey mustard grilled chicken; grilled tuna; meatloaf; not meatloaf sandwiches


Vegetarian:  4
Low Meat:  5
Meat:  6

Too much meat but a lot of comfort during this time of stress.
