Beef Stroganoff Soup

A stick to your ribs soup with all the flavor of the famous namesake.

1/2 to 1 pound of browned ground beef
mushrooms and onions, sauteed
2 Tbs. tomato paste
32 ounces beef broth
1/4 tsp basil
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Stirred together and heated through

1/2 pint sour cream or Greek yogurt whisked in at the end to make it creamy

Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
