The signs of spring are everywhere. But, the locals keep saying not to plant your vegetable allotment or your bedding plants until after the spring solstice or a hard frost could kill everything.
I remember my dad saying not to plant until after memorial day for the same reason. I guess that means the UK has about a two month jump on the states.
I guess I can wait about two more weeks for folks to acknowledge that spring is officially here. :)
