We have started our yearly stock up of our pantry and freezer so our numbers will be temporarily higher than normal. Overall, however, they will stabilize at a lower amount.
We will be into the cushion this month but that is what it is there for.
1. We used points to pay for our hotel room in Southampton. Free is always good.
2. While on vacation we self booked our tours saving money. A tour that would cost $56 from the cruise only cost $20. Another that would have been $130 only cost $33. You get the idea.
3. We used more credit card points to pay for our room in Toronto at the end of our vacation. Again, free is good.
4. Credit card points were used for our hotel rooms to and from DC. We get a lot of our points by charging day to day things then paying in full every month. Interest charges would negate the points earned.
Allocation: $99.00 We are back from vacation.
